DNC Rules
Does anyone know if a candidate will need over half of the votes of seated delegates, or do they need half of the votes of delegates assigned in total. By this I mean, if Florida (and Michigan) are not seated at the convention, will their assigned delegate numbers affect the number of delegates that a candidate must get to win?

Also, does the unseating of these delegations include everything (platform votes, access to the premises, etc.) or does it just affect the first round of voting?

With the possibility of a brokered convention, the answer to these questions could be crucial.
