Over 1/4 th of the attorneys in the DOJ who are responsible for
putting the cases together to be argued abfore the SCOTUS have refused to take part in the case of Habeus Corpus.

I don't have a link, but a reporter named Christy Harding Smith was just on KPOJ and mentioned that in response to the question "Why did Gonzo quit NOW?"

She said that's only one of the major probloems at the DOJ and it had finally become apparent to everyone that he had made such a mess of the entire DOJ, he HAD TO GO!

I hadn't heard anything about what sounds like an attorney revolt before. I find it quite interesting, though not surprising!!!
