republicans have no intent of letting up, their intent is to keep their sordid message going forward

3. Why the hell does he hate these foundations? I heard him, and
he was bitc*ing about the Ford Foundation, and several other well known ones. What do they do that bothers this guy so much? They operate on private funds, and don't take any money away from that guy or his ilk.

4. As if the Scaife, Olin deVos foundations didn't exist to spread the right-wing propaganda.

5. Dobbs brought that up and he just basically sniggered, "But they aren't...
trying to undermine America." really...they're doing a great job at doing what they aren't doing after all

6. Wow - I'm impressed how fast Google is now - this thread is on the Google first page
for "Foundations of Betrayal" - after less than an hour. Good work - because the other stuff on the first page is all pushing the book.

8. Just saying your 'little thread' is doing a good job fighting the hype
over what looks like a book from an appalling man. I'm pleased that Google scans DU so often that a thread here can appear in their lists within an hour - and should be seen not just by DUers but by others too. This DU thread isn't right at the top of the first page of the Google results for me, but it is still on the first page.

10. ah, muchos gracias...
:) i just find that dude a really creepy form of re-hashed used car salesman that has not received the memo...it is over for them, i suppose he had better make money on some idiot book while he can, cause i'd like to think that the nation's appetite for spoon fed republican lies & drivel has come to it's end :puke:

9. the right wing always has a cry baby ready to piss and moan about ''liberals''.
if the right wing didn't fuck up the country so much -- then he wouldn't have to sit back and watch us fix everything -- then i wouldn't have to watch said asshat bitch about ''foundations''.

11. xchrom, my belief is that after bush is sent out of town and the real expose' are written...
this nation will be reeling in the process of learning just what this strange, and most dangerous man & his handlers have done to this country

it'll be learned that Nazism does not have, or need, to be dressed head to toe in stylish black leather strutting beneath the purloined symbols & banners of other failed empires; bush & his handlers are to set the new standard of what Nazism looks, tastes, walks & talks like in this New World Order they so blithely refer to as 'compassionate conservatism' while re-affirming Nazism's preference for the religiously charismatic leader/bully puppet

12. oh yes -- there are things to be discovered.
the dealings bushco has gotten up to are deep indeed.

and we'll find out the ''private sector'' was more involved than we ever knew.

and then there is the chapter re: the rnc and this admin -- how deep is it -- and what did they get up to?

well, we both know it goes on and on -- i just wonder if it will alienate the people more -- or finally break the back of the notion that the government is alien from the people?
