I made the front page of several local papers! Anti-war rally in a deep red county

no less! The reporters and photographers came during the first few minutes of the event so the pictures look pretty sparse but we had a couple hundred people by the end.

For whatever it's worth, I am NOT giving the finger, I am making a peace sign! I think they used my pic cause I had the biggest sign although I thought the guy next to me had a pretty cool sign too. He was deaf and we had a big laugh at the brevity of his sign - no wasted words with that guy!

for the KLSD protest here in San Diego here a week ago in our own "red territory" protest!... I'm there dressed as my avatar here! :) Though I've talked to Brad on a number of occasions, I don't think he realizes that was me in that photo... It's funny that my "ENOUGH!" sign that I hijacked from weekend protests comes out as "Ugh!" here!
