listening to advisors
back in 2000, during the campaign - bush's lack of foreign policy experience as well as lack of knowledge in other issue was widely discussed.

I was "reassured" many tmes by gopers "Bush will have advisors"

for the past two-three years, bush/republics mantra has been "listening to commanders on the ground"

it occured to me this morning - if bush is listening to advisors/commanders and things are going down the toilet, then these advisors/commanders must not be giving good advice.

of course, bush is ultimately responsible since it's his butt in the big chair. However, since impeachment is off the table and the powder is being kept dry - instead of demanding bush/cheney ouster - perhaps we should be demanding the ouster of all those advisors/commanders who are screwing things up by giving bush bad advice?

1. Bush listens to God
They have some kind of special relationship that no other president has ever had before.
