Targeted assasinations - in Mosul and Najaf again yesterday - like the last few weeks. Smart. They get what they want without pissing off the whole population. I don't know who is doing these things but I bet they are the same people. And they are not stupid.

And they are not looking for collateral damage - they appear a lot more focused.
