upon request using VA Form 21-2008 http://www.vba.va.gov/pubs/forms/VBA21-2008.pdfthe VA doesn't provide anyother kind of flag.

coffin after he died in WWI. When they took up the American flag the Irish flag was wrapped under it and it was left on and buried with him. None of the family would accept the American flag, this was due to President Wilson's lie at the beginning of the war that the US would support a free Ireland. He got the Irish in America to fight and die and then just gave us a big FU.
