Can Paul Hakett run for Gillmor's seat in Ohio? |

I know he may not live in the same district, but can he just move there?

No offense to anyone from the Bowling Green area, but that wouldn't be on my list of places to settle down.
Also, I personally have a problem with people who move to an area just because there's an opening and they have a chance of winning an election -- especially a Congressional seat. If you don't know the district, you really shouldn't be representing the folks who live there. Just MHO.

funny though cause we just had a discussion in our local repug rag about Gilmore buying a house and living in Columbus, so I'm not really sure of the rules in this case.
