Republiklan party presidential debate? Circus of the panderers to bigots and selfish people.
Oh and the Republiklan party had complained about taxes even before Reagan. I saw a 1976 Republiklan party convention speech in 1976 made by Gerald Ford and he too had parroted the line about too much taxes, yes before Reagan in 976.
This appears a GOP strategy to get rid of the new deal by getting the middle class to hate taxes and eventually force social programs to close because the Republiklan party would put the squeeze on those programs.
Look for more of the anti tax rhetoric tonight.

It's not like I really need a lot of reinforcement on why I am a liberal, but I sort of keep hoping to see a McCain meltdown on live TV.

Should I make an exception? How would I explain it to my son? We are in the midst of a Cardinal Mexican Train tournament and he is beating the pants off me...

25. I agree, it's fascinating |

After awhile you hear the same points made by each candidate, but there is more than just the words to pay attention to. And also the unpredicatable part is when candidates start interacting with each other.

And I'm going to make it a point NOT to watch Fred Thompson on Jay Leno. At least the other candidates are man enough to debate on the stage.

20. I'm going to try but my stomach isn't as tough as it used to be. |

Alternatively, it could be a good drinking game. Let's see, we have "War on Terror", "Global War on Terror", "911", "Surge" and "Progress" (but only if used in the same sentence), "Insurgent" and "Ronald Reagan". I wouldn't pick "Iraq" unless you don't feel like drinking much but they might resurrect "Activist Judges" and "Gay Marriage" again for those who want a little refreshment but have to work in the morning.
Oh wait. Is Hannity going to be there? I'll have to get the children out of the house. They aren't old enough for political porn.
