what did you use to get the "registered" mark?
Knowing how to make that mark could come in handy.

7. In Microsoft Word, click on INSERT, then SYMBOL. This character appears in the Latin-1 set. |

Highlight it with your cursor, then use "CONTROL-C" to copy to your clipboard, and "CONTROL-V" to insert it in the text. You may also have to increase the font size, but this is the "registered" mark you are looking for.
If you need this character more frequently in your writings, you can create a shortcut key for it, too.

I found out about most of them when I took a course in MS Word several years ago.
Check it out when you have the chance.

11. Also use the character map in programs |
|
Programs > accessories > system tools > character map, I keep it on my start menu - it kicks into life faster than "Word"
