Poll question: Do you personally believe the economic woes were manipulated by entities other than corporate ones?
E.g. the President, Vice-President, or other officials, who wanted to, over a long period of time, destroy America just for their own personal gain?

1. More important question.
Is there any substantive difference between BFEE and transnational corporate interests?

Not that I can see.

4. They wanted to steal as much from the treasury as they could,
the destruction of the US economy was just a side benefit. Just like Hoover and his Robber Barron buddies did during the 1920s. They don't care about what happens to the US, they just want to get as rich as possible and get their friends as rich as possible.

6. Bush-Cheney were aided into office by corporate interests.
Some of the damage Cheney has done has been for his own interests, not necessarily for Wall Street's interests in general. I'm pretty sure not all corporate interests approve of Cheney's actions. For instance, how many corporations would be harmed financially if a war with Iran breaks out?
