do you continue to be someone's widow if you marry someone else. Because this article identifies Mary as Sonny Bono's widow with no mention of her second husband THEN the article states Mary and Connie began their romance shortly after both announced their marriages were ending - and since I didn't know Mary had a second husband all I could think was do you really need to announce your marriage has ended when your husband skis himself into a tree....

oh and btw I'M SO SURE (not) they began their romance AFTER they announced their marriages were ending but that is a WHOLE other story....

She was 22 when she met Sonny. He was 49. They married a couple of years later. Stayed married, with kids, for 12 years, until he died.
