Perle was a key architect of Iraq war, as you remember--part of OSP--.

The CIA always erects an audio usually of a supposed "Osama" by an Arabic speaking male who, in last threatening audio spoke in a certain dialect that many people knew that Osama never spoke--but hey! the average American would never know that. CIA/Cheney is getting sloppy....
