You want my compassion? F*CK you RW (Another Rant) |
|
Bail out the car companies - cause they provide us jobs. Bail out the airlines. The banks. Bail out X/Y/Z because they provide us with something we cannot lose, and it will affect others if you don't.
THEY (a company) provides us (a person/people) with something we need - so bailing them out helps more than just them.
I got it.
Oh, and for the record - I AGREE.
After I posted another thread earlier I went in to check on the wife. Sick as a dog. Has been all week. Been in bed all week too. Between her Parkinson's and other issues now (bad tooth, possible skin cancer, asthma - and we are on an emergency bad air day here) she is none too well.
*I* am her company. I am the one taking care of her, and my little girl.
I don't do everything perfect, hell I screw up a lot to be really honest about it. But like any company I have my ups and downs - except the only one I got to rely on in this all is myself.
I was providing pay and roof over the heads of others, health care, in home care, and more.
But I guess I don't matter as much as an incorporated company, nor do those that rely on my goods and services.
In my case, only two people (not including my own life) rely on me. I go out of business, and who cares (I would expect the pro-lifers to care...). We lose health care and funding and somehow we are 'losers' who did not try hard enough.
Who is really on the side of the people? Not you RW freaks.
You pull up to the table for welfare for big corporations and military contractors in the interest of the people - but when it comes to the people you run like little roaches in the light.
You send BILLIONS to Israel and other nations - you GIVE it to them, and yet you expect people here to EARN it or suffer.
I am ASHAMED to call myself a Christian in this damned country - because those in power who call themselves the same throw out the words of Jesus about helping the poor and such and instead plow their money into a new Roman Empire.
Saint John was right - in the end days the church will be the right arm of Satan. There will be a great falling out - and there has been.
When you treat your fellow man like a burden, while treating companies and foreign governments like kings, you have truly went off the deep end.

by the way, let me know, if there is anything we can do.
As I said in other threads, we may not have much but we can help a little
And I wish nobody had to ask
Or to offer
And there is no shame in either
Where the shame lies is in how our RW government treats us
So if you need any, let me know, I have a PM

3. Not looking for a solution for me - but for us all here |
|
Too late for us at this point, but future generations are gonna suffer if we don't change how this all works.
There are SOME decent things in place (thanks to Liberals) but it has always been a fight, which I find really damn sad.
No reason for so many in this country to be suffering. I have it better than many.
My problems, well I will deal. But many others won't be able to. They will be more depressed, more sick, and so on - and who the hell will be there for them?
So what if they drink, do drugs, etc? People turn to things like that to deal with the hell - and that hell is a result of an uncaring and fucked up govt.
Thanks for your post my friend, does mean a lot to me. I am not looking for help for myself though but for others.
Would that I were rich so I could do more for others who are in pain.

5. You may not do everything "perfect" and to screw up simply makes you human. |

Your lovely wife has a glow in her eyes, most likely a combination of having a husband that makes her feel cherished and treasured and your cute little sweetheart's face and mind. I love 1rst graders! My grandson is one too. Cool age.
Those people? believe that 'poor' only means of spirit, not as in destitution. They believe 'compassion" means NOT helping someone in need, other than their buds, to force them to "try harder." You know unless the poor are forced to work they would just lay around getting drunk and stoned, leaving their kids in hot cars.
NOTHING WOULD EVER GET DONE IN AMERICA IF THE POOR WERE LAZY, ASSHOLES!!!
Excuse me, it just popped onto my keyboard.
I hope for a calm and peaceful energy for your wife and you. Sounds as if you both could use a break.
I hope she feels better and skin cancer is 'only' a bad scare.
RW freaks is right on!

7. What bible verse says that the church will be the right arm of Satan? |
|
Wow. I'll actually read that verse. Sounds like we found us a loophole.

8. Interesting thought. Very true. Business is defined only as Big Business |
|
Each of us should be treated like a business. The cost of feeding, clothing, housing and transporation ought to be considered part of the expense of upkeep and we should not pay taxes on it. The exemptions we get on our taxes don't let us use enough of our earnings for that. They are not as high as the federal government's poverty levels are.
We ought to be "bailed out" on the same basis.
