Attention to anyone near the Outer Banks of North Carolina (About TS Gabby)

Right now the NHC is forecasting a 50 mph tropical storm during its approach to the Outer Banks, but right after that advisory was issued, the center moved under the convection and the system is passing over the Gulf Stream. So please pay attention to this as it is possible it won't just be a rainy Sunday.

You can see in this loop, that the exposed center moved under the main thunderstorms and it appears to be strengthening.
