| Carbon offsets. Anyone knowledgeable? |

I'm on the board of directors of a 20 year old 117 unit condominium complex and we are looking at methods of greening it up. As with most complexes of this sort, an abundance of disposable capital is not one of our problems and going green costs money. I was wondering if there might be a way for us to sell carbon offsets that result from our efforts to help defray some of the cost.
Unfortunately, I haven't a clue how this works but I have found that you can ask about most anything on DU and someone will have an answer.
Anyone?
