I heard some wingnut say that this morning and laughed. Unfortunately, the host didn't bother to correct him...or other misinformed viewers. C-SPAN is owned by the large cable companies who set this network up to "fulfill" self-imposed "public service" requirements to various municipalities. But then that's how corporate media loves to work...never let the people see the puppetmasters really in control.
