3. I had a lot of problems with PDF's
before downloading and using http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php Man, it opens quick, and hasn't even bogged down my machine, much less locked it.

2. He wasn't warned in "open court"
That appears to be his argument, that certain required procedures didn't take place in open court, therefore he shouldn't have been allowed to enter the plea agreement. Never mind that the point of the plea agreement was so he didn't have to go to court. :crazy:
