Breaking the code: QRF "Quick Response Funds" |
|
Isn't this the truckloads of hundred dollar bills earmarked to bribe everyone from terrorist insurgents to the oil minister?
We hand out (lose) billions in cash per year, flushed down the sewer that is Iraq every year. We pay them not to kill us, we pay them not to oppose us politically, and we pay them to point out those who do. Apparently, Iraqi money is so weak that the dollar is still king there.
Understanding that "throwing money at a situation" is supposed to be a trademark of the Democratic party, my question is...can we sue for infringement to put that money back into my Social Security fund?

2. Perhaps I misunderheard |
|
I thought Crocker used the term to plea for more hard cash for the war. Petreous may have used it to describe an action, but I thought it was coined by Crocker.
I'm sure we'll here of it again, either way. If I heard it wrong, thanx for the correction. (and not calling me a dumbass:dunce: )

He said Quick Response Funds. And yes they are bribes. And probably funds received from the government's drug running. That would be OUR government.
