My brother saw Karl Rove at Sun Dog Books in Seaside yesterday. Rove has a house at Rosemary Beach. Looks like Rove might be down there polluting the sugar-sands and gin-clear water with his presence this week. Keep an eye out for Rove in the restaurants and shops along those S. Walton beaches (Santa Rosa, Blue Mountain, Grayton, Seaside, Sea Grove, Rosemary). Say "HI!" if you see him.

I mean, honestly -- I know the community's designers were going on about how great it is, for passersby on the sidewalks to see and converse with the folks who are relaxing on their front porches. Add Karl Rove into that equation, and it disintegrates. People hiding in their houses, afraid to go outside ...
