1. First and foremost, lie, lie, lie
2. Keep the citizens in constant state of fear.
3. Be completely secret about EVERYTHING.
4. Surround yourself with loyalists only.
5. Ridicule, slander and marginalize the opponents.
6. Bribe or blackmail whomever it takes to meet your objectives.
7. Spy on anyone who can hurt or help you.
8. Gut the foundations of democracy.
9. Rape the treasury to reap personal rewards.
10. Do whatever it takes to maintain power.
11. When in doubt, refer to rule #1.

For Democrats:

1. First and foremost, be sweet.
2. No name-calling
3. No insulting any member of the military, even he has previously lied to the American people.
4. Always give the other party the benefit of the doubt.
5. Don’t vocalize any dissent anywhere but the internet.
6. Oh and for the Speaker of the House, don’t forget to tell the president what a lovely man he is.
