Obama, Clinton trail Edwards in Texas Democrats' straw poll
And of course, the results were disparaged.:eyes:
Speaking for myself...Texas is prime and ready for populism AND I mentioned to one of my co-workers about going to see Edwards when he came to Dallas--and she asked if she could go with me.

AUSTIN – Democratic presidential hopeful John Edwards has won a Texas straw poll conducted on the Internet, state Democratic Chairman Boyd Richie announced Monday.

Sens. Barack Obama of Illinois and Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York finished second and third, respectively. Mr. Obama drew 21 percent, and Ms. Clinton, 20 percent. Five others split the remaining votes cast in the Texas Democratic Party's recent weeklong ePrimary Poll.

Even though the Democrats' effort was not "completely, scientifically down to the gnat's toenail," Mr. Richie, said it was "more representative" than the state GOP's presidential straw poll, conducted in Fort Worth over Labor Day weekend.

At that event, 1,300 Texas Republican activists voted in person, but they had to pay to do so. The poll was won by U.S. Rep. Duncan Hunter of California.

1. Anything that does not meet the MSM preference does not get covered... Edwards wins anyway!

2. Not surprised.
I believe he will be our nominee when actual people start actually voting, instead of the MSM touching themselves constantly about Clinton and/or Obama.

5. Nothing about any candidate here
but the stats teacher in me wants to vomit with what our Chairman said. Egad, the poll is not scientific at all.

6. I'm ready for the real primary voting to begin.
Enough with polling.
