I don't know what backstory there may be here, but, on the face of it, it sounds like his boss was a real douchebag. I hope Mr. Canales ends up somewhere better.

I read that 96% of Florida restaraunts have had at least one code violation... But keep in mind it doesn't take much of a violation to get cited, as it should be, when the public's health is at stake...
