GOP Rep. Walsh to call for Iraq withdrawal.

The editorial blog of the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle is reporting that Rep. Jim Walsh (R-NY), a moderate Republican, “is switching gears and is now calling for withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq.” Additionally, “Walsh, who visited Iraq during the weekend, says he will no longer support funding the war.” The paper’s Washington correspondent, Erin Kelly, will have full report tomorrow.

1. Rubber Hose Time For That Infidel
Any bets he'll come out in the next couple days and say his remarks were "mis-quoted"...when the RNC checks and other payoffs stop rolling in. Looks like that boy "needs some religion".

This isn't what Gillespie, booooosh and the Mighty Wurlitzer wants to hear. He needs to "get with the script" here and blame MoveOn for losing Iraq and puff up his "balls" like the rest of the Repugnicans. What does he think this is? A representative democracy? The nerve of the guy thinking for himself or doing what his constituents want.

He better take it back or be assured he'll have a primary challenger.

his district seems to be trending even more blue. His butt's in jeopardy so now he's seeing the light. Whatever it takes.
