Lieberman asked if it's time that the military be given the charge to be able to pursue foreign fighters into Iran.

Petraeus responded by saying our forces are focused specifically on Iraq.

You should have seen the disappointed look on Lieberman's face, which he followed with a little chuckle before thanking Petraeus for his service.
