I remember posting it here in 2001 or 2002. It was a Reuters story. The hundred bucks and the photo were both in an envelope together. I can't find it anymore. Anyone have the link?

Times of India seems to be the source for the various non-media archives that report the story.

The ToI removed the story from their on-line archive some time back. Internet Archive kept it: http://web.archive.org/web/20020316123237/timesofindia.indiatimes.com/articleshow.asp?art_id=961383

I don't know if I can link to a search result. If I can't, you can do the Internet archive search. Go to http://www.archive.org/index.php and type in the following, or cut and paste the bit *after* the double slash + space (start with www).

3. That is a Reuters story at the first link
At the top of the page: REUTERS { THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2002 2:43:55 PM }

I would like to thank you very much for finding that for me. I have looked dozens of times with no success. I am sure glad I asked. I won't lose it again. Take care.
