USA TODAY's David Jackson reports that today is likely to be Tony Snow's last televised briefing as White House press secretary.

"You better make it good," front-row veteran Helen Thomas, a columnist for Hearst, says.

"Why start now?" Snow jokes.

His last day is Friday.
