But I don't really understand it...

OPEC just said that they will soon increase the numbers of barrels of oil that they're going to pump daily...

I would think that would cause the prices to fall...

I got nothin'...

7. OPEC doesnt' have the oil reserves they have been promising the world
read a book called "The coming economic collapse" in which the author has seriously researched that oil will likely go to $200 per barrell within this decade causing a world wide economic breakdown.

the saudis have lied about their output capabilities for years.

Source: US EIA International Petroleum Monthly Table 1.1, IEA Oil Market Report Table 3, Joint Oil Data Initiative, OPEC Monthly Oil Market Report, Table 17 (or similar) on OPEC Supply.
