Why Republicans should HATE George Bush
Edited on Wed Sep-12-07 10:13 PM by Quixote1818
I guarantee you that Bush's ONLY motivation for doing the surge was to prevent the six or seven Republicans from defecting and us pulling out of Iraq on his watch. (Many Republicans were giving Bush until Sept. to show progress). Bush knows Iraq is lost and is only staying in for political reasons. His ONLY motivation is to pass this problem onto the next president EVEN if it costs the Republican party the next election and even if it costs our country innocent lives and billion of $. They are spinning things on all cylinders right now to give him just enough momentum to prevent Republicans from jumping ship and us leaving Iraq on his watch even though he knows Iraq is lost.

Bush could care less about the Republican party, our country and our troops. He is the lowest form of scum on this planet!

4. That's Nixon you're thinking of
Edited on Wed Sep-12-07 10:24 PM by Nevernose
I know -- the insane, unwinable war got you confused. But at least Nixon gave us the Departments of Education and Energy, and the Clean Air and Water Acts.

Bush has trumped the "unredeeming values" card so high, it's hard for even ME to make a joke of it...

Okay, the guy's usually well-dressed -- a stance from which I will not waiver.

Hell of a tailor, that guy...

10. It Boils Down To The Contractors and The Benajmins
Little is said about the nearly 150,000 contractors who are the real "surge" in this illegal war for profit...and that's what this is about...their profits...or those of their corporate masters. Billions of our tax dollars are going directly to these contractors...most boooosh-lickers. This is payback to "his people"...along with all the military contractors and investors and stockholders who have not only seen their taxes cut, but made major profits from the death and suffering.
