Does the Air Force ever try to stop the unauthorized use of their name/logo on t-shirts, etc?

I was at a big chili cookoff in central Pennsylvania last weekend (so this was no surprise), and I saw a gentleman wearing a shirt that said "United States Air Force" and the accompanying logos and standard ugly graphics for this kind of shirt. On the back it said "Welcome To America. Now speak English." Whether or not the Air Force supports this sort of view, I very seriously doubt they would care to have their name associated with it on a t-shirt. Do they ever take action against this sort of thing?

1. I doubt the AF would have had anything to do with that T-Shirt in terms

of licensing of its logo or whatever. I don't think they have much control over what is being marketed out there.

2. USA Truck has been using the logo for years - I'm not sure

if they have any kind of official licensing agreement with the Department of Defense, or what the deal is, but clearly they're okay with it.
