5. I didn't hear that statement, but if he was talking about the coalition,
he apparently overstated the number of countries (meaning he lied again).

According to this, GAO reports that as of May, 2007,25 countries participating, down from 33 in December, 2003. See pages 10 and 11.

I can't find any current figures on troop strength by country.

and 33 if you count support, UN, NATO and non-MNF (non-combat) forces

11,685 total...

and then you have to know the breakdown of just what those 25 countries are contributing...
