It's just that so many times daily I hear the term "cherry picking" coming out of the mouths of the reporters, punfits, commentators" -- generally referring to Petraeus's report and Bush's presentation of it.

For years, we'd hear "this is a wake up call for....".

That's all. Nothing of substance. And I thought I was being so witty.
