25. Perhaps we should remind him that Watergate
WAS a conspiracy

What about Iran Contra?

Perhaps this road to war would qualify.

Oh wait, he just repeated a corporate message pushed forth since oh WATERGATE broke... coincidence?

And I thought he was brighter than that, but then again we speak corporate frames from time to time

28. Perhaps you should watch what he actually said and remember why ABC fired him after 9/11
before inserting foot into mouth.

5. Problem is he used a straw man argument
1) he mentioned jet fuel, but doesn't say anything about how it burns and
2) he neglects to mention building 7 that was NOT hit by a plane

Edited on Fri Sep-14-07 11:09 PM by liberalmuse
he says stuff that pisses me off. However, he gets it right so much of the time I can't get too irritated with him.

Edit: What the hell? I left out two "he"'s. I need to go to bed!

I believe in a few out there things, but I rarely get worked up when other people dismiss them.

Too many people get all crazy about this shit.

20. compare that to the new Democratic majority in congress...
we should be so lucky as to see them hit 90% on a regular basis. Of course it's comparing apples and oranges, or maybe apple vs. crateful of oranges, but still. The saving grace for their batting average is that Holy Joe is now the sole congressional member of the "Connecticut for Lieberman" party instead of a Democrat.

19. While Maher gets a lot of things right, he doesn't allow
for stepping out of parameters of what he judges real. While I'm not a big conspiracy person, the whole neoconservative rise to power is packed with conspiracies that would rock the public. It's a false sense in the reasonableness of others.

Sounds like HE needs Paxil. lol

I love Bill, but he's a sexist pig and he has a closed mind about many things.

23. Bill was talking very specifically about twin tower conspracy theory,
and asked people to stop asking him to talk about it, to get some paxil instead. Pretty funny if you ask me. Now, I'm a real conspiracy theory kind of guy, but I've seen the video of those planes hitting those towers. I think that one is fairly straight forward. Now, did bushler and company have some knowledge? that I don't know. He certainly had the inteligence briefing / warning about al-queda using planes for an attack, and his actions that day are bizzare to say the least. Nevertheless, I think al-queda flew those planes into those buildings, and that destroyed them.

26. Of course the planes hit the towers....but did that cause the collapse?
It looked like a controlled demo when the towers fell. I'm not saying it was, but it sure as hell looked like it to me.

I wouldn't doubt that the big dick and the chimp had something to do with 9/11. They are obviously traitors, and obviously very evil.
