Uncle Fred 's 1960 yearbook caption: "The lazier a man is, the more he plans to do tomorrow."
Childhood friend Jerry Hughes recalls Thompson often used to fall asleep in class, while in the school's 1960 yearbook his picture was captioned: "The lazier a man is, the more he plans to do tomorrow."

The Tennessee stud: U.S. presidential candidate Fred Thompson's womanising ways

And he thinks he can be president.

3. pray that he wins the nomination. if Giuliani gets it, the media will see
to it....well, recall what they did for Bush, did to Gore

it will be a rerun of that race, if not worse

as Eric Alterman said yesterday, it's all about the narrative for them, and they'll HATE the next dem candidate, just as they hated Gore and Kerry

remember?

4. Oh, come on! Who in their right mind would ever vote for
a second-rate actor to serve as President of the United States?

Oh.... wait a minute.... "right mind" doesn't apply to those people ... "actor" ...

They're trying to make him into their "New Reagan".
