7. Hmmm, I can almost agree with this nomination. I read both links,

and his background looks too good for him to be a Shrub nominee! Don't tell me Shrub really IS backing off from a fight with the Senate? I hate to be such a skeptic, but if Shrub nominates this guy, I have to believe we're missing something!
