Michael Mukasey to get AG nom (?)
Edited on Sat Sep-15-07 03:08 PM by Nailzberg
I have no link for this, and the CNN website briefly listed it as a developing story, but that banner is now missing. Two sources inside the administration claim the nominee for Attorney General will be Michael Mukasey, a retired federal judge from New York. Currently a partner at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, where he practices in white collar defense and insurance litigation.

another edit: CNN has full story now, but seem less certain of their sources. Now saying possible nominee. http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/09/15/gonzales.replacements/index.html
