the the WH will comply with requests for documents.
He seems very pleased with the choice, and said he was better than most of the candidates.

But he did say that while he wasn't going to start out adversarily in the confirmation, he made his position known to Fielding that he expected the documents ASAP.

At least he could have kept his mouth shut. Leahy needs support from Committee members. Without it, his efforts are doomed.
