Isn't it a federal crime to lie or deliberately mislead Congress? We all know that Gen. Petraeus played loose with the facts in order to portray a somewhat rosy picture of Iraq, to try and convince Congress to give the surge more time to work. Shouldn't there be some sort of investigation to determine whether he actually lied or misled Congress? And if so, what would be the repercussions for an active duty US general?

1. Lying to Congress is permissble if one is a Rethug.
It is the "New World Order" under the Busholini Regime.

Also, Subpoenas can be ignored by Repugs & there will no consequences to that.
