Rush Limbaugh's audience has the brain power of a gravy stain
Edited on Mon Sep-17-07 05:19 PM by Quixote1818
Today Rush was trying to clean up the mess Greenspan has created for them this weekend. You will never believe what Rush told his audience today to explain Greenspan's opinions about Bush and the War.

Are you ready for this?

His primary excuse was that Greenspan used ghost writers and probably doesn't even know what is in his own book!!!! And to think his audience is probably buying this!!!

Certainly Allan would have read though what the Ghost writers put in to make sure he was cool with it. Not to mention, ghost writers put in what you tell them to put in. They are just professional writers and know how to make your story sound more interesting. Ghost writers don't put in whatever the hell they feel like putting in.

Only Rush's audience would buy such a lame excuse! So, according to Rush, Greenspan really loves Bush and thinks the war was a great idea. He just was too lazy to read the words the ghost writers put in his mouth. WOW!!!! Talk about reaching for it! :wow:

3. His EXCUSE is that a ghostwriter wrote the book and Greenspan didn't even check it?
That's his excuse? And Rush and his fans have no problem with that?

LOL! The party of individual responsibility strikes again!

5. last time i listened to rush
I got so angry that I told the person I was riding with to either turn it off or let me out. He actually pulled over but turned the channel when I opened the door and got out. The rest of the ride proceeded in silence.

13. down here in NC on the right wing radio station WBT
The two morning hosts are just absolutely horrible...but I have to listen for traffic info.

But the worst part, is that around 7am there is the Rush Moment, where they air a short recorded message where he spreads his lies.

The host Al Gardner eats it up with a spoon and it takes me about 35 mins to stop being pissed off

15. Don't leave, fact check. Lay some truthiness on the driver, and
watch his head spin. It can be alot of fun.

8. I think you're being very unfair to Rush.
I'm quite sure that Rush would have said exactly the same thing if he was talking about Mrs. Clinton.

9. then we must question this ghostwriter
Didn't he tell 60 Minutes that he wrote most of it in the bathroom? What's Rush trying to infer? If I were I Republican I'd avoid mention of two guys in a bathroom right now...just sayin'...

10. I don't think it would take much Googling to find Limbore bestowing high praise on Greenspan

But I'm not going to do the legwork on this one. It's amazing how all his fellow RWers are top notch upstanding American patriots until they begin to tell the truth.

11. You're makin that up! You know nobody listens to that crap.
There's no doubt in my mind that the pig boy's listeners would be dumb enough to swallow that but I can't believe that even he could say it with a straight face. Are you sure he wasn't snickering under his breath as he said it?

12. Psssst.....Fix the subject line. Since you're talking about brain power, the typo really stands out.
That said, I'm so glad you listen to Pigboy so I don't have to.
