Whatever happened to Double Jeopardy--Vindictive Media

Whooooooee. We have some Vindictive Media Types.

I am not here to defend OJ. but I thought there is
a principle in our jurisprudence that says once
a person has been tried and the case was determined
that is it. The person cannot be tried or punished
again for the same crime.

OJ has gotten himself into a mess with this new case.
This should be the focus of attention.

However, one after another of the Media are actually
saying, we are going to put him away for the first crime.

This is America Folks or is it. The Media now metes
out justice their own way.

I am not defending OJ. I am defending a principle here.

They say it is not race. I question that.

When OJ won in the first case, there was a racial division.
Many in the black community saw this as a time when they
had arrived. One of their own had the money to pay the
excellent laawyers -- as white people do. Many of their
perceptions to that time was White People could pay good
lawyers to get them off and blacks had to take what was
meted out to them. Perception can be reality.

The White people were outraged especially the Media.
They believed OJ got off unfairly.

Sometimes it is better to move on. The Media always
dredge up conflict, making it impossible for our coutry
to grow. Try OJ for the current offense. I do not
know what it is. The Media is so busy getting even
over the last verdict. Is this justice????
