to complain about them tasering that kid.

apparently, they're getting tons of phone calls about it today and, in the words of the condescending witch i spoke to, they're "overwhelmed."

everyone here should call them to say they should be ashamed of themselves.

lol... if i were that kid's parents, those two cops would have a taser up their ass before the sun set today. no lawsuit. no complaining. if you did that to my kid, i would do it double to you.

If I send my child to a university and I am paying that university tuition, I expect my child to be safe on that campus. Being safe does not mean being tasered by the campus gestapo.

I would sue the shit out of those assholes.

All I can say is that you have to understand the Alachua County culture from which those police come, and the general Florida philosophy about law enforcement. Not understand to absolve the police. There is no absolution for what I saw. But an understanding of what is happening there, and in far too many other places, could not hurt.
