Since Microsoft is always looking to exploit the legal loopholes to pad the bottom line, I'd say he's not so liberal.

As for being rightwing, nah, I doubt it, but I believe he could certainly play the part of being rightwing if it meant more profit.

He's the consummate capitalist.

5. Gates and Microsoft
Did a lot to get republicans elected after the anti-trust case against them brought under the Clinton admin ruled that Microsoft should be broken up into separate companies. Funny how nothing came of that once there was a republican administration.

The Eu is doing something about the Microsoft monopoly.
