When I saw a recent thread started by someone I know to be a Rethugligan (since I've been debating him on the 'net since 2004), purporting to make a salient point but wrapping it in hysteria and hyperbole, I knew that the Rethugs' latest tactic on DU is to try to sound like us, only more so. Folks, we are being made fun of, and we can't seem to see it.

Well, joke 'em if they can't take a fuck. I'm getting back to the business of saving our democracy. From now on, if a thread has the word "taser" (or, heaven forbid, "OJ") in the title, I'll whistle right past that intellectual graveyard.
