1. Explaining the theory "Hableus Corpus" to idiots is tricky |
|
I say we just dumb it down and call it "Touchable Proof" if "Body of Evidence" is too much to bear.

When President Bill Clinton attacked the Great Writ, and severely damaged habeas corpus in the USA, I was proud of Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan. He was the only senator who spoke against the dangerous course Clinton was taking us on.

Sometimes he was full of himself, sometimes just wrong. But he was a heck of a Senator.

6. Why is it Republicans are able to block everything but Democrats |
|
when they were in the Minority were unable to even slow down the steamroller. How has America gained by Democrats taking the Majority?

now the country gets the impression that the democratic senate won't pass a bill giving the vote to DC. The MSM never ever tells the country that the democrats do not have enough of a majority to even get a vote to the floor. That if they even got it to the floor the pile of turds in the white house would veto it anyway.
How can they not see that in the previous 6 years bush did not veto one bill. Because the republican rubber stamped his wishes. But since the democrats have won some seats, have gotten some bills passed he has vetoed practically every one of them, more an any previous president has done to the opposite party's bills.
