Taser incident - go back look at tape; tased BEFORE cuffed...

I've just watched the tape again. The man was tased before he was cuffed, not after as some suggest. You can see one of his hands free.

Not only that, there were only two cops escorting this man out UNTIL he started flailing his arms. Then others came around.

Much ado about nothing. Sure, it would have looked "cleaner" for the officers to force his hands behind his back rather than use the taser, but this man is not the angle being portrayed.

Every time the cops teach someone how to do the Electric Funky Chicken, Kerry's wife makes a few bucks as well. No wonder he stood at the podium and shouted at the cops, "Hey, wouldya please taze that motherfucker so I can finish up and go wind-surfing?"
