Watching the debate on the Senate floor about the Webb amendment, I have come to the conclusion

that no one is listening to each other.

They all wrote their speeches ahead of time, and each come to the floor and read it.

Because if they were listening - each Dem that followed a Repug, would take apart that
Repugs speech - line by line! But they don't!

The repugs are arguing for the military. The Dems are arguing for the troops.
The troops are the military - you idiots!

Come on Dems - leave your speeches in your office -
GET ON THE FLOOR AND SPEAK FROM YOUR HEART!

3. No--they are all just playing their roles. Nobody is convincing

anyone--it's all predetermined. I've heard many good speeches from our side, but the Repugs have one unwavering mission--support Chimpy and his war. Case closed.
