LOL OJ's accuser arrested for parole violation
I know its fashionable to want to see OJ lynched over this but this case is very flimsy especially when you start looking at his accusers:

More Drama! Beardsley Busted on Parole Violation

Posted Sep 19th 2007 4:19PM by TMZ Staff

TMZ has confirmed sports memorabilia dealer Alfred Beardsley, an alleged victim in the O.J. Simpson robbery, was arrested by Vegas cops Wednesday for a parole violation.

Vegas FOX affiliate KVVU is reporting Beardsley was arrested by a fugitive task force at the Luxor Hotel. Authorities told FOX Beardsley was wanted on a California warrant for a parole violation.

He was taken into custody without incident and is being held, pending an extradition hearing to send him back to California.

1. How does this change the fact that police FOUND firearms? (nt)

2. Finding firearms is different than actually proving they were used . . .
. . .in the alleged property. I know you guys want to lynch him because you feel he got away with murder but he deserves his due process. If he did the crime I have no problem with him doing the time, but there really is a question as to if there really was crime. I'm sure they lynch mob can care less, but the law is the law.

5. Exactly.
And the background of the "accuser" has absolute no relevance to the actual case, which involves whether OJ attempted to obtains items by force or intimidation of force.

By bringing up an absolutely irrelevant fact, you are just as guilty as those who want him to go to jail for the crime he did commit, vs this particular crime.

6. The background of the accuser is very relevant to his credibility. . .
If the only ones making the accusation that there were guns in the room are not credible then it makes it tougher to prove there were gons in the room.

7. There are multiple witness and you have no idea what the violation is.
Same thing, just in the reverse.

9. I think 11 charges are a stretch.
They're trying to hit OJ with almost everything. This makes the prosecution look desperate in my opinion.

15. $125,000 bail backs you up. That's real low for someone
charged with 11 counts including kidnapping. Either the DA has a flimsy case or the judge smells something funny, I suspect it's both.
Usually guys looking at a couple of life sentances for a series of felony offences face bail ammounts in the millions of dollars.

10. I think OJ put some of his things in the care of a "friend"
to prevent the courts from seizing them for the Goldmans, and the friend flipped on him. Nonetheless, plotting to barge into hotel rooms with guns IS a crime.
