Kudos to David Bowie for stepping up and financially supporting the defense for the Jena 6.

1. There is much not known about the good David does.

A friend of mine lost his wife, entirely too young. This friend had worked with David for a number of years. David and another very famous music star made sure that their adopted kids would go to college, as well as other help.

The music industry would be a far better place if there was more like David and the other person. Alas, there ain't.

To me, the true marks of genius: generosity and a concern for one's fellow man.

By this measure, Rove is no genius. He is an opportunistic, conniving criminal.
