Why don't the Dems let the Reps just filibuster away? |
|
Nothing is getting done anyway.
Eventually even the public would get the point..

2. Because Reid only likes to get those cots out when the cameras are rolling. |

When it actually comes to standing and fighting he'll fold like a cheap suit every time.

3. No the public wouldn't. The media refuses to call it a "filibuster" when republicans do it. |

8. No kidding, it amazes me the fantasies people create. |

If we only wish really, really hard we'll win, you know. The media and the Republicans will suddenly blow away in the wind.

6. Use your imagination when repeating this line....... |
|
"Its just not done in proper company". In all honesty, I heard the excuse yesterday that its considered rude to actually make them filibuster. IF that is rude, the killing in Iraq and the loss of Habeas Corpus is absolutely obscene.

7. Seriously. Make them wear their filibuster around their necks |
|
Then use it in the next election---just like they did it to us with the IWR in 2002.

9. And why??? did the repubs |
|
have a "nuclear option" that would do away with the filibuster but the Dems don't? The timidity of the Democratic leadership is mind boggling.
