33. How fucking idiotic
is our leadership?

We always try to act fairly while the Pukes never give an inch even when they know they are full of shit they never yield an inch. All the while we react to their complaints as if they are valid because we are afraid to look strong.

I would say Fuck em, but if we do we would be stuck with far, far, worse.

We're really living up to that adage about liberals being too broad minded to take their own side in an argument.

Do we trust MoveON or Patraeus?
Do we believe MoveOn that Patraeus is a traitor?
THOSE are the choices

MoveOn had a commercial equating Bush with Hitler

MoveOn supported a Pacifist agenda against alQaeda

On to biography of Patraeus.

62. I feel like our Senators are being forced to act as if they are still
in Highschool by dealing with what can only be described as everyone having to fear the schools main bully for fear of no one liking them if they attempt to defend themselves. If we had a media, if we had real journalists on the airwaves this whole mess begun by the repubs would have been over a long time ago.

Nice way to ensure our children follow such examples by having our nations leaders doing exactly what they are told is supposedly the wrong behavior.

At least their discussions focus on the actual war and the actual economy, not newspaper ads that hurt people's feelings and whether or not there's an attack on Easter. This shit is just absolutely an embarassment.

and asked rhetorically, are we going to call out specific organizations when they put out ads we don't like?

Seeing as how the dems have the majority, they would be the ones who would use this weapon more effectively.

Bet Moveon.org is preparing its NEXT Ad..
No matter what the Senate thugs say...

Freedom of the Press..Freedom of Speech..

I want to hear the GOP say that these rights no longer apply.
I want to force these fuckers to SAY IT.

Do they really believe hey will make Moveon submit?
Moveon took on the entire GOP in the days of the bogus Clinton set up & impeachment.
They are in this world to do just what they are doing. Fighting the reign of those who would subvert our Constitution, and call out those who the Bush regime protects.

I have made a donation to Moveon.org today..may they prevail how ever they have to do it.

147. Disgusting, but not at all surprising
This is why the DLC is dangerous. For all their claims of supposedly wanting to help Democrats, they employ people like Marshall Wittman who specifically try to undermine the Democratic Party, even if it means he has to publicly defecate out the most rank and easily-debunkable lies. They reguarly give credence to the right wing's agenda and its worst, most unsupportable lies. They are the real force that tries to make sure this country is a one party state and that Democrats never really challenge the Republicans in a serious way.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/david-sirota/why-the-dlc-is-so-dangero_b_13640.html

Without a doubt, the DLC is the most fundamentalist organization within the caucus, the most ideologically rigid, and the most destructive to the progressive cause.
